Event Details:

For Now is an original performance that considers the effects of living in a state of overwhelm, and the attempts we make to slow, steady, and arrive in the present moment. A movement-driven and musical experience, this imagistic work is created by performance-maker Erika Chong Shuch in collaboration with the cast and creative team. This work is motivated by Jenny Odell’s NYT bestseller, How To Do Nothing: Resisting the Attention Economy. For Now invites audiences into a contemplation of time and stillness, and aims to inspire — in the words of Odell — “the revolutionary potential of taking back our attention.” For Now is produced in collaboration with the Stanford COLLEGE Program.

All Freshman, or Students enrolled in COLLEGE this quarter, can claim their free ticket by entering their ID# as a promo code in the upper left-hand corner of the Ticket Type page when ordering.
