Stanford Conscious Living in partnership with Office of Student Engagement invites you to our famous "Conscious Cooking" class - a hands-on cooking experience with our chef and culinary expert - Manjari, on Saturday, February 4th, 6pm at Havana, Graduate Community Center (GCC). In this session we will show how to make Flatbread stuffed with Fenugreek leaves. All the attendees will also get an opportunity to make their own Flatbread with Fenugreek leaves.
Fenugreek Leaves are packed with nutrition and easily available in the farmer's market or any Asian grocery store.
We will also share some simple, healthy and delicious plant-based recipes, as well as information about Ayurveda & Conscious living.
