Bio:
Chloe Edmondson is a Lecturer in the French & Italian Department at Stanford University. She is also the France-Stanford Center Fellow for the Roxane Debuisson Collection on Paris History. Her research is situated at the crossroads of literary criticism, cultural history, and media studies, with a focus on Ancien Régime France. Her work has been published in Studies in Eighteenth-Century Culture, the Journal of Modern HistoryDigital Humanities Quarterly, and the series Oxford University Studies in the Enlightenment, including the volume she co-edited with Dan Edelstein entitled Networks of Enlightenment: Digital Approaches to the Republic of Letters (2019).
