About the Global Studies Internship Program
Each summer, the Global Studies Internship Program offers internships that enable Stanford students to extend knowledge beyond the classroom while engaging in cultural and professional experiences around the world.

Who can participate? Undergraduate students in all majors, including those who have not declared a major. Graduate students from select programs are also eligible to apply.

What types of internships are available? Positions change annually and cover a wide range of fields, such as business, nonprofit, media, education, medicine, art, technology, engineering, science, public service, and government. The program also supports students for self-arranged internships.

How much does it cost? The program provides a base stipend of 5,500 – $7,000 for each student.
