Welcome to the hybrid symposium for the 2022-23 Honors in the Arts cohort. These thirteen student artists have spent the academic year creating deeply innovative and interdisciplinary projects across a wide spectrum of media: screenwriting and film, poetry, fiction and creative non-fiction, music and sound composition, photography, digital and AI-generated art, video installation, mixed media, collage, sculpture, and curation.

Eleven Honors students are creating video essays to present their capstone projects, which you'll find on this page in June 2023. The other two members of this year's cohort will present their capstone projects at the live symposium on Friday, May 19, 2023. All are welcome to attend. Refreshments will be provided, and a selection of work created by this year's cohort will be on display. The presentation will also be livestreamed on Zoom.
