Event Details:

Have efforts to connect with your partner left you feeling more distant? During this noontime webinar, Erik Wilkerson and Anastasia Morrison introduce couples therapy concepts, raise awareness of predictable roles that tend to emerge, and help attendees recognize patterns that can result in couples feeling stuck or disconnected. Join Erik and Anastasia to learn more about your role in and approach to relationships.

Anastasia Morrison, AMFT, uses evidence-based approaches in her work with couples and individuals at the Feeling Good Institute (FGI) in Mountain View, CA. For couples therapy, she offers Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Anastasia also is certified in TEAM-CBT with individuals and has trained with TEAM-CBT founder Dr. David Burns. She meets with individuals and couples online as well as in person at FGI.

Erik Wilkerson, PsyD is a graduate of the PGSP-Stanford Consortium. His doctoral thesis focused on the development of a novel couple therapy intervention for military and veteran couples experiencing relationship distress. Erik has received training in EFT for couples, Gottman Method Couple Therapy, and family systems therapy. Erik currently sees individuals and couples online and in person at FGI.
