A first-generation Mexican-American, he started his journey in life as a Central Valley farmworker and went on to become a first-generation college graduate and esteemed NASA astronaut. These parts of his life weave together an inspiring story already, but there are so many more pieces to his story.

Come listen to José M. Hernández share his story and journey from the fields of the Central Valley to the International Space Station. It will be a special evening, so be sure to mark your calendars.
