DESCRIPTION:The 7th Annual Lean Healthcare Academic Conference aims to broa
 den and deepen our understanding of improvement within the academic healthc
 are setting. Work practices have altered dramatically over the past two yea
 rs and as we re-calibrate from the pandemic phase\, adjusted ways of workin
 g are needed to improve the care\, service delivery and outcomes for our pa
 tients and their families. The healthcare workforce has been hit hard by th
 e effects of COVID and we need to leverage our lean management system to co
