DESCRIPTION:Living alone is a common experience\, with approximately 38 mil
lion adults in the U.S.—and nearly 24% of Californians—living independ
ently. Despite this\, research and discussions around mental well-being fo
r solo adults often focus on those 65 and older\, which does not fully enc
ompass the diverse population living on their own.\n\nJoin us for a dynami
c noontime webinar designed to support your mental well-being while living
independently. Whether you're navigating solo living for the first time o
r have been on your own for years\, this session offers practical\, eviden
ce-based tools you can start using right away. We’ll explore cognitive-b
ehavioral strategies such as values clarification\, reframing\, journaling
\, and self-compassion—each tailored to the unique challenges and opport
unities of independent living.\n\nCome ready to engage with new ideas thro
ugh guiding questions and real-life case scenarios\, where you’ll build
a foundation for positive mental health and personal growth. This inclusiv
e conversation is open to adults of all ages and encourages intergeneratio
nal sharing around a common life experience. Take the first step toward mo
re fulfillment while living on your own.\n\nThis class will be recorded an
d a one-week link to the recording will be shared with all registered part
icipants. To receive incentive points\, attend at least 80% of the live se
ssion or listen to the entire recording within one week.\n\nRequest disabi
