Join us on February 10, 2026 from 3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. in the Hartley Conference Room, Mitchell Earth Sciences Building to celebrate the work of the SDSS Dean's Graduate Scholars and the SDSS Dean's Sustainability Leaders Postdocs. As part of Love Data Week with the Stanford University Libraries, we are highlighting the work of the Doerr School of Sustainability Dean's Scholars in this special research symposium.
The symposium will consist of lightning talks given by students and postdocs (see below), followed by a reception with light refreshments.

SDSS Dean’s Grad Scholars Award Program
The SDSS Dean’s Grad Scholars Program award and professional development to support the first year of graduate school at the Doerr School for incoming MS and PhD student who excel academically and also display leadership in creating inclusive academic spaces in the sciences.
SDSS Dean’s Sustainability Leaders Postdoctoral Fellowship
The SDSS Dean’s Sustainability Leaders Postdoctoral Fellowship is a two year fellowship for Postdoctoral Fellows who demonstrate research excellence in advancing fields reflected across the Doerr and have a track record of creating inclusive science through teaching, research and/or leadership.
This event is co-hosted by Stanford University Libraries and the Stanford Doerr School of Sustainability Office of Access, Belonging, and Community, as part of Stanford Love Data Week, an annual festival highlighting topics, opportunities and services relevant to data in research.
