Do you constantly find yourself working right up to deadlines, despite vowing to start sooner?

Do you find it difficult to dedicate time to the activities that matter most to you?

Would you benefit from support and accountability to refine your time management strategy?

If you’re ready to plan your weeks with intention, join us for Make a Plan (MAP), a four session group coaching program facilitated by an Academic Coach.

Each session will include individual reflection and writing, an introduction to a time management tool or strategy, guided planning time, group discussion around time management challenges, and accountability for next steps.

Program participants will come away with:

  • Increased awareness about their priorities and what gets in the way
  • Time management tools and strategies
  • Specific plans for how they will manage their time each week
  • Ideas and encouragement from a coach and their peers

Sessions will be held from 12:00-1:00 PM on the following Fridays. Participants should plan to attend all sessions, and each session will focus on a particular component of time management:

  • January 27: Identifying priorities
  • February 10: Structuring your time
  • February 24: Resetting after setbacks
  • March 3: Finishing the quarter strong
