Navigating Conflict: Managing Difficult Conversations at Work
Conflict is inevitable and is a natural part of life, but sometimes our reactions to conflict can get in the way of its productive resolution. Join the September Manager Forum led by the Director of the Faculty Staff Help Center, Rosan Gomperts, on Navigating Conflict: Managing Difficult Conversations at Work. Rosan is a trained mediator and facilitates challenging conversations every day in her work at Stanford. In this interactive session, you will learn about your preferred conflict style and how that impacts you (and others). Rosan will also share important skills and insights that will help you navigate challenging conversations at work more productively.
As an attendee, you’ll receive resources to help put this skill/learning into action. Manager Forum sessions are not recorded.
