This event is over.

Event Details:

The art history grad roundtable is taking place next Monday, November 10 led by Dr. Dena Montague, an environmental justice lecturer at the Doerr School of Sustainability. It will be from 5:30 to 7:30 pm in McMurtry Building, Room 370.

Dr. Montague’s research focuses on energy justice through decentralized production, as well as the impacts of the Global North's clean energy transition on climate/environmental justice in the Global South. A critical aspect of Dr Montague’s scholarship is to bridge art and engineering to inspire local innovation, which sees her working closely with artists on the African continent. She will be sharing key insights into interdisciplinary research that brings art, science, and politics together.

Hope to see you there, and feel free to reach out to me (Kennii Ekundayo, kennii@stanford.edu) if you have any questions.

Pizza and drinks will be available!
