 families to help us make 200 microgreen kits for food justice!\n\nMicrogre
 ens are nutrient-dense plant shoots. With a wide variety of flavors and te
 xtures\, microgreens can be grown on a windowsill and are an easy and nutr
 itious way to enhance a diet.  Join the Haas Center in assembling kits of 
 materials to grow microgreens.  The kits will be donated to Valley Verde\,
  a food justice non-profit that provides access to healthy food.  This act
 ivity is great for anyone 5 years old to 95 years old!
