This online class aims to lift the confusion you may feel about diets and healthy eating and help you navigate your own health journey more successfully. You will learn the factors that influence our weight and eating behaviors, the real reasons why diets typically “fail,” and the potential harm and consequences of many diets. We will examine the pros and cons of various diets and explore non-diet options like intuitive eating, mindful eating, and the Health at Every Size (HAES) approach, giving you new tools to create your own unique roadmap to success based on what is realistic for you in your life.
