DESCRIPTION:Research on the health effects of inactivity has linked prolong
 ed sitting with a number of health concerns\, from obesity and higher blood
  pressure to an overall greater risk of death from cardiovascular disease a
 nd cancer. The good news is that incorporating more movement of any kind in
 to your day can have a profound impact in improving your health and reducin
 g those risks.\n\nIn this interactive webinar\, you’ll learn about the heal
 th benefits of being physically active\, as well as some simple activities 
 you can do to move more during your workday\, whether at home or in the off
 ice. We will demonstrate simple stretches that can relieve tight muscles\, 
 short bursts of more brisk activity to raise your heart rate\, and muscle s
 trengthening moves that you can do outside of the gym. You’ll walk away wit
 h the motivation and tools you need to make small\, achievable changes to b
 ring more movement into your daily life.\n\nPlease wear comfortable clothin
