Hosted by the Stanford Research Development Office, University Corporate and Foundation Relations, the Industrial Contracts Office, and Faculty Development & Engagement, the session will feature:

• Remarks from Vice Provost and Dean of Research David Studdert and Vice Provost for Faculty Advancement C. Matthew Snipp;
• An overview of funding types and how to approach them;
• Tools and tips for finding and pursuing new opportunities;
• Insights from faculty with diverse funding experience; and
• Breakout discussions by disciplinary cluster. A dedicated session for Arts and Humanities faculty will provide space to learn about local resources and services, and to share questions, strategies, and support needs.
