Sponsored by

This event is over.

Event Details:

This dynamic educational activity equips healthcare professionals with practical, up-to-date knowledge to improve outcomes for patients with obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (oHCM). Participants will evaluate pharmacologic treatments—including cardiac myosin inhibitors—by examining mechanisms of action, side effects, and patient-specific considerations. The program also highlights the critical role of nurses and advanced practice providers in patient assessment, lifestyle education, interdisciplinary care, and medication management. Learners will explore the indications and outcomes of surgical interventions like septal myectomy and gain strategies for recognizing and responding to arrhythmias in oHCM. Guided by experts from a recognized HCM Center of Excellence—with over a decade of experience treating patients and leading clinical trials—participants will gain firsthand insights into best practices in specialized care. Join us to enhance diagnostic accuracy, apply timely interventions, and stay at the forefront of oHCM care.
