This event is over.

Event Details:

Shin pain is a common concern among athletes of all ages, especially during times of increased activity. Distinguishing between "shin splints" (medial tibial stress syndrome) and bone stress injuries can be challenging, as their symptoms often overlap. Join us for an informative session where you'll gain valuable insights into the risk factors and underlying causes of shin pain. Our expert panel, including a sports medicine physician and an athletic trainer, will guide you through essential topics such as diagnosis, clinical examination techniques, imaging methods, and effective management strategies. Additionally, we will discuss guidelines for safely returning to sport and share practical strategies for prevention.
