 nizing material\, getting the most out of your voice\, dealing with those 
 butterflies in your stomach\, and making a vital connection with your audi
 ence. No special preparation needed: come as you are and be ready to speak
  out! \n\nWorkshop is designed and led by: Thomas Freeland\, advanced lect
 urer\, Oral Communication Program\n\nDetails: \n\nWhen: April 16 & 18 (Tue
 sday and Thursday)\, 4-6:30PM\n\nOpen to enrolled graduate students at any
  stage in any discipline or degree program. Postdocs will be accepted if s
 pace is available\, but priority is given to graduate students.\n\nPublic 
 Speaking Bootcamp is an in-person\, two-part workshop. Session dates are T
 uesday\, April 16\, and Thursday\, April 18\, from 4-6:30PM. Space is limi
 ted. Due to the workshop’s interactive format\, full participation in al
 l two sessions is required. Dinner will be served. \n\nIf you are accepted
  to this workshop\, you must confirm your place by submitting a Student Pa
 rticipation Fee Agreement\, which authorizes VPGE to charge $50 to your St
 anford bill – only if you do not fully participate in the event. You wil
 l receive a link to the Agreement and instructions if you are offered a pl
