Event Details:
This workshop focuses on the psychological concept of mindset—what it is, how it works, and how it is shaped by our sociocultural contexts. We will exchange strategies for successfully developing and maintaining a growth mindset in our ever-changing campus cultures and address common misunderstandings around this concept. The goal is for you to leave this workshop feeling empowered to examine your mindset across diverse domains in your life at and beyond Stanford (e.g., education, health, work).
Facilitated by Jenny Yang, Ph.D. Student in Psychology, Minor in Education
