In this session we will cover the basics of job interviews, focusing on open-ended and behavioral questions. Participants will draft answers to questions and practice answering them. By the end of the session you will:

  • Be familiar with the STARS framework for telling a story (giving an example) in an interview
  • Learned the difference between open ended and behavioral questions
  • Have written out and practiced an answer to an open ended question
  • Have written out and practiced an answer to a behavioral question
  • Have listened to sample answers to questions and given feedback for improvement
