  about the program! RAISE supports doctoral students who are motivated to 
 make positive contributions to their communities and the world. \n\nThe RA
 ISE Doctoral Fellowship includes: Stipend and graduate tuition for 1 quart
 er per year over three years\, for a total of 3 quarters of fellowship sup
 port\; $9\,000 in project funding to help cover travel and expenses relate
 d to the experiential learning component of RAISE\; Structured workshops t
 o support community-engaged and impact-focused projects and research\; Pro
 fessional development to prepare doctoral students for community and publi
 c impact in their career choices\;  Cohort-based community building and su
 pport\;  Choice to earn course credits through RAISE project work\; Additi
 onal mentorship from the RAISE Doctoral Fellowship staff\, Stanford facult
