Event Details:
The Muslim Student Union (MSU) is hosting Iftar Dinners and Taraweeh Prayers every night except during Spring Break. Taraweeh Prayers begin March 10. They will be led by student reciters and will include a short reflection on the verses. Iftars begin on March 11 and will include a variety of cuisines that celebrate the diversity of the Muslim community on campus. Food is catered from local halal restaurants.
For the first half of Ramadan in Winter Quarter (March 11- March 22), Iftars, Maghrib prayer, Isha prayer, and Taraweeh will take place in the Lake House. During Spring Break (March 23- March 30), there will be no iftars but Lake House will be open for Maghrib prayer, Isha prayer, and Taraweeh.
All Stanford affiliates, family, and community members are welcome to attend MSU's Ramadan programming.
