Event Details:

Emeritus Professor of English and American Literature at Wellesley, noted translator, and Guggenheim fellow, Lawrence Rosenwald, joins us for the first REWIND event of the winter quarter. Continuing our exploration of "Jews and Genre," we will discuss two science fiction films, Steven Spielberg's A.I. Artificial Intelligence (2001) and Lynn Hershman Leeson's 2002 film starring Tilda Swinton, Teknolust.
Both films are widely available to rent on popular streaming services.
Stanford affiliates can watch A.I. using the link above.
