Sponsored by

This event is over.

Event Details:

Are you passionate about making an impact with your scholarship? Do you want to better understand how to put your research expertise to use for society? Are you interested in collaborating with partners to design, test and scale solutions to pressing social problems, particularly those in low- and middle-income countries?

Join us for an interactive workshop with the Stanford King Center on Global Development and Stanford Impact Labs (SIL) on solutions-oriented research. Participants should come with a critical social problem in the global development space to discuss. Stanford Impact Labs’ Sarah Hopwood and Alex Carr will work through a set of activities and frameworks that aim to help determine how your research can make traction on addressing the social problem in which you are interested, which types of partners and organizations might want and need your research expertise, and how to move from research to impact.

Lunch will be served.
