Scientists Speak Up is a student organization focused on advocacy and communication around scientific topics like climate change and vaccination.

Join us for our kickoff event where we’ll discuss our plans for this academic year, including events on climate activism, eco-anxiety, scientific integrity, data visualization, vaccine advocacy, and syringe access policy. Share your ideas on projects and events related to advocacy and communication about scientific topics, particularly combating misinformation, and learn about leadership opportunities in our organization. Noah Louis-Ferdinand from Voices for Vaccines will lead a workshop on vaccine communication. Kameron Rodrigues from Climate Mind will lead us in a climate conversation over dinner.
