Throughout their lives, women deal with distinct and varied health issues that can influence their overall well-being. The good news - there are practical, evidence-based strategies that women can take to improve their wellness, and these strategies are easier than you may think!
Join us for this noontime webinar to learn the seven strategies women can put in place to live well at any age - good sleep, mood/stress management, fulfilling sex, movement, managing menopause symptoms, and nurturing connections. The session will be filled with practical tips to incorporate these strategies in your daily life, highlighting the experience of women in midlife and beyond.
This class will be recorded and a one-week link to the recording will be shared with all registered participants. Attend the live session or listen to the recording within one week to receive incentive points.

Instructor: Karen Adams, MD, is doubly board-certified in OB-GYN and Lifestyle Medicine and is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner and fellow of the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health. She was recruited to Stanford in July 2023 to create and lead a new program in menopause and healthy aging in the department of OB-GYN.
