If it was funny to Stanford students in 1927 or to Germans in the 16th century, is it still funny now? Humor is more likely to age like fish than a fine wine, but no matter how a joke smells, it can reveal a great deal about the times in which it was told.  Test your historical funny bone at this month's Special, Unique, and Rare popup exhibit, where the Libraries' Humanities and Area Studies curators have selected items from Special Collections that have something to say about HUMOR.  Drop in any time between 2-4 PM on Tuesday, November 11th, Hohbach 123 (Silicon Valley Archive classroom, Green Library).
