Step into spring with new ways to move, learn, and connect at Stanford Recreation and Wellness. Find the right fit to build strength, try something new, or stay on track this season.

Registration Details

  • Opens: Tuesday, March 17 at 9:00 AM
  • We anticipate using CrowdHandler; the waiting room typically opens about 15 minutes prior.
  • Once invited from the waiting room, you’ll have 20 minutes to select your classes and complete registration.

Test your account before registration starts. Make sure you can register for this test program. Any issues registering, reach out to recmembership@stanford.edu.

F45 Reservation Update
Beginning Spring Quarter, reservations for F45 classes will open 48 hours before each class.

New Faculty/Staff Programs
We’re introducing two new classes for Faculty and Staff this Spring:

  • Core Express – Mondays at 12:30 PM
  • Yoga for a Healthy Back – Wednesdays at 5:30 PM
