C-suite education for the Non-C-suite physician
The Stanford Physician Leadership Certificate Program is a cohort-based foundational learning experience where you will discover how to learn and implement the most important leadership skills that will take your career as a physician to the next level of success.

Overview:
The program provides participants with an evidence-based framework for personal growth, key management and leadership skills, and deep connection with peers. The program utilizes cases and simulations, discussion groups, and professional coaching that provides holistic support for the participants to understand, practice, and cultivate effective interpersonal, management, and leadership skills. Participants complete several psychometric tools that shed light on personal competencies and facilitate each participant’s leadership development plan.

Who Should Attend:
The program's content is oriented to the context of healthcare education and delivery in the United States. Past participants come from academic medicine, community practice, and for-profit healthcare systems.

Live Zoom session dates are 9 am to 12 pm Pacific Time on the following Saturdays in 2026:
