 c!\n\n• • •\n\nDe la Tierra was curated by students in "Introduction
  to Museum Practice\," taught by Curator and Assistant Director of Collect
 ions\, Dr. Danielle Raad. The exhibit features two collections: contempora
 ry sculptures from Ocumicho\, Michoacán\, and pre-contact archaeological 
 ceramics from West Mexico.  Themes explored include Indigenous creativity\
 , religious syncretism\, identity formation\, gender dynamics and authorsh
 ip\, and the ethics of collecting practices.\n\n• • •\n\nThis event 
 is generously supported by the Stanford Humanities Center\, El Centro Chic
 ano y Latino\, the Department of Iberian and Latin American Cultures\, the
  Department of Anthropology\, and the Latin America and Caribbean Working 
 Group. The Latin American and Caribbean Working Group is funded by the Cen
 ter for Latin American Studies and a Student Projects for Intellectual Com
