Event Details:

The Bill Lane Center for the American West will be hosting an information session about its summer internship program on January 21, 2026 from 12 - 1:30 p.m. Join us in the Haas Center's DK Room for a slideshow answering all your questions and food from Shiok.

About the Internships:

If you are interested in conservation, ecology, literature, politics, or policy of the American West, consider applying to one of our 2026 internships. Internships last 9-10 weeks and interns receive a stipend of $7,500 to $10,000. Interns work for conservation groups, publishers, government agencies, and NGOs, building a wide range of skills in data analysis, GIS, research, communications, and more!
