Event Details:
Anger and frustration are emotions that everyone experiences from time to time. But when these natural emotions explode out of control, they can cause harm to our careers, our co-workers, our friends and families, and ourselves.
If you find that anger, frustration, and irritability are getting in your way or harming your relationships, then this interactive webinar is for you. We will distinguish between natural and parasitic (destructive) anger and review the purpose of anger. You will be asked to identify for yourself the reasons why you want to manage your destructive anger. Next, we will review several strategies that you can use to stay cool in situations that normally would trigger anger, irritation, or frustration. Finally, you will be asked to set a goal to "test run" at least one of these strategies on your own.
With new tools at your disposal, you will be better able to recognize, cope with, and express your anger and frustration in healthy and productive ways.
This class will be recorded and a one-week link to the recording will be shared with all registered participants. Attend the live session or listen to the recording within one week to receive incentive points.
