Event Details:
The TEACH Conference is a free, in-person event held on campus that brings together people from across Stanford university for professional development, networking, and socializing around undergraduate and graduate teaching and learning.
At the Spring 2023 TEACH Conference, we will explore IDEAL education and how to facilitate engagement, well-being, and belonging among teachers and learners at Stanford and beyond. Throughout the conference we will engage with one another on the following questions:
- Engagement: How can we captivate students and motivate them to apply what they are learning effectively to their projects, assignments, research, and so on?
- Wellbeing: How can we support thriving among learners and teachers?
- Belonging: How can we invite learners and teachers to bring their whole selves to class?
The conference includes multiple panel discussions, remarks from campus leaders, a campus partners fair, and various concurrent sessions. Concurrent sessions include interactive workshops and lightning talks.
Please note that this conference is entirely in-person. We will also provide breakfast, lunch, and a closing reception.
