DESCRIPTION:As we navigate life’s challenges\, gratitude can feel elusive
and inauthentic. Yet research demonstrates gratitude can have profound an
d positive effects on our relationships\, our physical and mental health\,
and overall well-being.\n\nIn this one-hour webinar we'll talk about why
gratitude is not a feeling\, but a practice. We'll discuss how to authenti
cally practice gratitude through experiential exercises\, mindset shifts\,
and specific actions. We'll also explore the importance of both expressin
g and receiving gratitude. You'll walk away with a framework for fostering
gratitude in ways that feel resonant and make a difference in your life a
nd relationships.\n\nThis class will be recorded and a one-week link to th
e recording will be shared with all registered participants. To receive in
centive points\, attend at least 80% of the live session or listen to the
entire recording within one week.\n\nRequest disability accommodations and
access info.\n\nInstructor: Sarah Meyer Tapia\, PhD\, is the director of
