As we navigate life’s challenges, gratitude can feel elusive and inauthentic. Yet research demonstrates gratitude can have profound and positive effects on our relationships, our physical and mental health, and overall well-being.
In this one-hour webinar we'll talk about why gratitude is not a feeling, but a practice. We'll discuss how to authentically practice gratitude through experiential exercises, mindset shifts, and specific actions. We'll also explore the importance of both expressing and receiving gratitude. You'll walk away with a framework for fostering gratitude in ways that feel resonant and make a difference in your life and relationships.
This class will be recorded and a one-week link to the recording will be shared with all registered participants. Attend the live session or listen to the recording within one week to receive incentive points.
