Event Details:

Feeling overwhelmed or resentful? If you're caught in a cycle of overcommitment or struggle with saying no, this online workshop is for you.

Over two interactive sessions, we'll delve into the art of boundary setting to safeguard your mental health and reclaim your time, energy, and personal space. We will define the meaning of “boundaries,” identify when they are needed, and examine both the benefits of establishing healthy boundaries and the costs of failing to do so. We will explore what keeps us from setting boundaries, despite their benefits. We will also discuss the different boundary types, how to set healthy boundaries effectively, and strategies for handling any pushback.

In this class, you will be encouraged to go beyond being a passive listener of information and become an active participant. You will have opportunities to practice the skill of boundary setting through practical exercises and group discussions, ensuring you leave empowered to make positive changes in your life. Participation in activities and discussions is key to leveraging the full benefits of this interactive class.

This class will not be recorded. Attendance requirement for incentive points - both sessions.
