The Algorithm is four, in-person workshop sessions created to support BIPOC students with navigating self-view/self-image, including processing internalized messages.  Join us for the community specific workshop for Asian/Asian-American identified students!

Hosted by CAPS, we intend to create a space for Asian/Asian American students to discuss the intersections of culture, identity, and body image. We will discuss the strengths we experience in our culture(s) of origin, and we will also make space to name systemic impacts that can harm our self-image. Together, we will envision ways to cultivate joy and healing in connection to body, movement, food, and community.
