 Public Service House. This is an opportunity to see the high stakes challe
 nges and opportunities from the vantage points of sovereign tribes.\n\nPil
 ar is a member of the Pascua Yaqui Tribe of Arizona\, and she currently se
 rves as a Board Member for the Western Resource Advocates\, a Partner at Q
 uarles and Brady LLP\, an Adjunct Professor at Arizona State University\, 
 and a Professor of Practice at University of Arizona. Throughout her many 
 roles\, she has provided strategic legal advice to Indian tribes\, tribal 
 utilities\, tribal housing authorities and tribal enterprises on tribal en
 ergy policy and planning\, renewable energy project development and financ
 e\, and federal and state energy regulatory\, programs and policy efforts.
  Pilar has had roles at the Department of Energy as Deputy Director of the
  Office of Indian Energy Policy and Programs\, at the Department of the In
 terior as Deputy Solicitor – Indian Affairs\, in Washington D.C.\, and a
 s a Board Member to both The Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy L
 aw and GRID Alternatives\n\nRSVP so we have an accurate headcount for dinn
 er.
