Jennifer Hyman is the cofounder and CEO of Rent the Runway. Rent the Runway is disrupting the trillion-dollar fashion industry and changing the way women get dressed through the Closet in the Cloud, the world’s first and largest shared designer closet.

Prior to co-founding Rent the Runway, she served as Director of Business at IMG, a global talent management company. Jennifer also serves on the Board of Directors of The Estee Lauder Companies Inc., a global manufacturer and marketer of luxury beauty products, and on the Supervisory Board of Zalando SE, a European online fashion platform. She holds a B.A. and M.B.A. from Harvard University.
