 the Stanford Conservation Program in improving wildlife habitat at the Dis
 h by pulling stinkwort at the Dish on October 12th\, from 9:00am – 12:00
 pm!\n\n \n\n \n\nStinkwort (Dittrichia graveolens) is an invasive annual p
 lant species which has become established in large patches at the Stanford
  Dish. It is highly disruptive to our local ecosystems\, outcompeting nati
 ve plant species and spreading tens of thousands of wind-dispersed seeds e
 ach year. Hand pulling is an effective control method before stinkwort set
 s seed—so grab your friends and come help us remove this invasive specie
 s to improve biodiversity at the Dish!\n\n \n\nPlease wear clothes you don
 ’t mind getting dirty\, long sleeves/long pants\, closed-toed shoes\, an
 d a water bottle. The Conservation Program will provide gloves and any too
 ls you might need to get the job done.\n\n\nMeet at the Stanford Avenue en
