This event is over.

Event Details:

The A3C VSO Leaders Workshop brings together current and emerging Asian American student leaders to strengthen community, build collaboration, and share leadership insights. Hosted by the A3C, this event offers Stanford’s Asian American VSOs the chance to connect, exchange ideas, and explore the many resources available through the A3C and the broader campus community. We are thrilled to invite Jack Tse from the Office of Student Engagement to serve as our guest speaker. Over the course of this workshop, Jack will clarify Stanford OSE’s updated policies on budgeting, sponsorship, and organization management, addressing common questions and concerns.

Please have one 2025-2026 Officer and one General Member attend.

Date: Monday, October 20, 2025

Time: 6:00 PM – 7:15 PM

Location: A3C Ballroom (Old Union Clubhouse) — In Person

This workshop will bring together student leaders to reflect on the roots of the Asian American community and the legacy of the A3C. Through shared discussion, we aim to inspire intentional and values driven leadership, while building relationships, sparking collaborations, and strengthening our diverse community in an engaging and supportive space.

RSVP by Thursday, October 16 at 11:59pm.

Attendance is required for all VSOs that use A3C facilities, including basement storage. If you do not attend, your organization is at risk of losing access to A3C facilities. We strongly encourage you to come and connect with other student organizations as well as learn more about what the center has to offer!
