DESCRIPTION:As educators and families grapple with the rapidly changing tec
 hnological landscape and tools like ChatGPT\, our organizational approach 
 is to lean in strongly to opportunities to cultivate connections\, relatio
 nships\, conditions\, and academic identities that buffer against incentiv
 es to cut corners.\n\nIn this presentation and interactive discussion with
  Challenge Success co-founder\, Denise Pope\, Ph.D.\, and School Design Pa
 rtner\, Drew Schrader\, M.Ed.\, we will share what we know about belonging
 \, cheating\, and the potential implications of ChatGPT and artificial int
 elligence for schools. With data from the Challenge Success Student Survey
 \, taken by over 250\,000 students\, as well as insights from our work wit
 h schools around the country\, we will discuss how educators can adapt to 
 reduce cheating behaviors. \n\nThis event will also offer a forum for ques
 tions\, discussion\, and collaboration for families and educators alike to
  examine how we\, as adults\, respond to youth when they cheat\, and how w
 e can dig into the underlying causes to bolster their skills moving forwar
 d.
