Sponsored by

Event Details:

Lecturers and Academic Teaching Staff (LATS) Event Series

**This event has been postponed until spring quarter**

Join us on a field trip to the YarnLab in Wallenberg Hall and discover how you can use yarn-based materials for data visualization in your teaching. Through hands-on activities, we’ll explore how you can create a project to document your teaching experience, visualize your course components, or let your students document their learning journey through yarn. No experience with crafting or yarn is needed.

The session facilitator, Quinn Dombrowski, is the director of the Textile Makerspace and supports digital humanities scholarship in the Division of Literatures, Cultures, and Languages and Stanford Libraries.

You can choose to meet up at the entrance of Wallenberg Hall at 1:55 pm or walk over with us from the Center for Teaching and Learning at 408 Panama Mall at 1:45 pm.
