Zachary Shand presents his senior conducting recital of works by Morley, Farmer, Mozart, Rheinberger, Debussy, Runestad, Myers, Uusberg, Carlson, Whitacre, and Ticheli. He will be directing and conducting a group of singers recruited specifically for this program. As delineated by the program name, Zach is exploring various lenses of live with the human condition, looking at the seemingly visceral, inherent need for people to tell their stories through music.
