Wolf Blitzer is CNN’s lead political anchor and the anchor of The Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer, CNN’s innovative, fast-paced political news program which airs every weekday and in an abbreviated format on Saturday evenings. The program celebrated its five-year anniversary in August 2010. Blitzer has been with the network for more than 20 years.

David Bohrman has spent more than three decades in the television production business, currently as CNN’s senior vice president of programming and Washington bureau chief. In this role, Bohrman oversees newsgathering, political coverage and Washington programming, including The Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer, John King, USA and State of the Union with Candy Crowley. He also orchestrates coverage of major political events for CNN/U.S., often creating innovative ways to use technology to better clarify and illustrate the incoming news.
