Beginner's Zen Meditation

Do you feel stressed or overwhelmed? Are you interested in meditation or been curious about the new buzz word, "Zen"? Please join our gathering at Stanford Zen to find out! We are a newly formed non-religious group that seeks to share the benefits of Zen meditation with the Stanford community.

We'll introduce posture, breathing and concentration for sitting meditation, and walking meditation.  There will also be discussion at the end about practical meditation experience and philosophy behind Zen meditation.
