“Look on every exit as being an entrance somewhere else.” -Tom Stoppard

Change is a constant in life, but the way we deal with the transition defines the personal development and growth that we can gain in the process. In this 5 session workshop, we will provide you with scientifically proven methods and tools on how to embrace life transitions with energy and focus, how to develop new sense of purpose, and how to find growth in the midst of change.

Instructors: Patty DeVries, MPH. Patty is the Director of the Stanford Health Promotion Network and Director of Strategic Projects for the Stanford Medicine WellMD Center.

Susan Saba, MPH. Susan has a background in health education program planning, group facilitation, and health behavioral change. Prior to joining HIP, she worked at Stanford Prevention Research Center (SPRC) as social research professional on health outcomes and chronic disease prevention.
