This is a 2-session class.

What does it take to do something about moving forward? Goals, resources, planning, launching, sometimes re-launching. And more. It can be done!

In these two, 75 minute classes we will talk candidly and confidentially about two kinds of elements you need to activate: Wings and Anchors. Wings include having purpose, getting good sleep, and engaging in more learning; anchors include values, experience, and relationships. You will come away from these conversations refreshed and rekindled with ideas and even a map for your adventures.

Instructor: Linda Hawes Clever, MD is a Stanford graduate and Adjunct Clinical Professor of Medicine and former Associate Dean of Alumni Affairs at our School of Medicine. Dr. Clever is a former editor of the Western Journal of Medicine, she is also a member of the National Academy of Medicine. She founded the not-for-profit RENEW 20 years ago, and is author of "The Fatigue Prescription: Four Steps to Renewing Your Energy Health and Life".
